In-person, this visit will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to guide treatment planning to alleviate mental health symptoms.

In-person or secure telehealth platform, this session will facilitate ongoing continuity of care to ensure you are maintaining agency over your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
